Although based in Moorooka, Moorooka Family Vet cares for pets right across the local community, including Tarragindi, Annerley, Greenslopes, Yeronga, Yeerongpilly, Fairfield, Rocklea, Salisbury and Nathan.

We offer a complete range of services to care for your pet including;

🐾 What happens if my pet needs surgery?

Don’t worry - we will talk you through every step. We are lucky enough to have set up a state of the art modern surgery and will care for your pet as our own. We try to plan for surgeries to take place in the morning so your pet will be up and about and ready to head home in the afternoon. Please ask us any questions and we will take our time to make sure you are comfortable before we book your family member in.

🐾 Is there easy parking available?

Absolutely, we are located on a small residential street amongst our human neighbours. You should always be able to find parking outside on Fegen Drive. moorooka. Just behind the Pizza Hut when you approach from Beaudesert Rd.

🐾 Do you have disabled parking?

Yes we do. Please give us a call on 07 3544 8315 so we can guide you to parking at our disabled entrance.

🐾 How much do your services cost?

The cost of each service will vary but please give us a call and we would be happy to chat through your needs and give you an indication of pricing. We will be able to give you a better idea when talking through your options in person.

🐾 What are my payment options ?

We accept card or cash but can also accept GapOnly, a system which processes your pet insurance claim while you’re still at the vet. You simply pay the gap (the difference between the vet’s invoice and your eligible claim benefit) and off you go.

If your pet is sick or injured out of normal surgery hours please go to the Animal Emergency Centre Woolloongabba
